OVERVIEW
Elixir Energy Limited (ASX: EXR) is an ASX listed gas exploration and development company. It is currently focused on two main projects:
1. Elixir Energy Taroom Trough Projects:
Grandis ATP 2044, and 2077”A” and 2077″B”: 100% of a Queensland exploration permits ATP 2044 and ATP 2077”A” and ATP 2077″B”, named Grandis Gas Project.
ATP 2056 and ATP 2057 Santos Farmin: 50% working interests (WI) in Queensland exploration permits ATP 2056 and ATP 2057. There are two Farmout Agreements with a wholly owned subsidiary of Santos Ltd.
2. Elixir Energy Diona Project:
ATP 2077”C” Diona Farmout: 100% of a Queensland exploration permit ATP 2077 sub-block, named Diona Gas Project. 51% interest in the Diona has been assigned to Xstate Resources Ltd (ASX: “XST”).
HIGHLIGHTS
- Farmin deal with Santos secures Elixir a 50% Working Interest in 2 additional permits in the Taroom Trough.
- Farmout deal on the Diona Project.
- Contingent Resource attributed to the deal is 1.1 trillion cubic feet of gas (2C net to Elixir).
- Upto $9 million dollars equity capital raising to fund the farmin work.
- Deal & fund raising is highly accretive on a contingent resource per share basis.
